Did I just go for a short stsy at a spa in Bali - no I didn’t have to - I simply booked Helene at Just Beaute on Fresha. This was my second time and wasn’t disappointed. i left feeling that I’d had a week away. I have already booked an appointment in 4 weeks time. Helene is professional from the moment you arrive, water ready, cosy comfort on the massage bed. 1.5 hrs of beautiful luxurious products on my face and a beyond magical neck and arms massage. This was my second appointment with Kuniko. The original appointment had to be cancelled by her, but she personally contacted me, thanked me for my re-visit, and sincerely apologised for the inconvenience. She was also very flexible and re-scheduled my appointment. I’ve confirmed that Kuniko is not only skilled in Shiatsu but also excellent in customer service in the back office. I did the latest 8th-generation M22 treatment today, and it was performed by Katherine. Her technique was very skilled, and she has extensive professional knowledge about skincare. During the procedure, she patiently explained the principles and expected pain level before each step, and adjusted the settings according to my actual skin condition.
