Le Spa de Jour — Pulse Studios Level 3, 285 Carlisle Street, Balaclava Parking is available along Carlisle Avenue, with access to both stairwells. If you’re coming from Carlisle Street, walk through the walkway before reaching the stairs. You’ll see Capital Radiology at the front of the building. Take the stairs on the left and go up to Level 3, following the F45 signs. If you use the stairs on the right, once you reach Level 3, walk to the other end of the floor to find us. If you can see the big F45 sign from Carlisle Street, you’re in the right place.
