Such a calm and inviting space, it gives such a relaxing "coastal holiday spa" vibe. Which is impressive given the weather conditions we're definitely not giving the summer vibes at all 😆 Everything has been so well and thoroughly thought out, from the decor, to the space itself and the placement of all the amenities. It's all set out in a way which makes transitioning from sauna to shower to ice bath so easy, but not over crowded. Having used many saunas in Perth, I can confidently say this sauna is by far my fave, it's massive without being massive, you can very comfortably fit 2 adults.

Another 5 star experience at Perth Cryo. The regular use of the saunas have helped with my auto immune issue as well as awful inflammation. As always, top class service from a professional establishment.

Had my first session at Perth Cryo and it was an amazing experience! Special shoutout to the girl who helped me,she was absolutely fantastic. Super friendly, patient, and explained everything in a way that made me feel totally at ease. You can tell she really cares about giving the best service. The facilities are top-notch, and the whole session was a perfect combo of relaxation and muscle recovery. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

My experience at Rise and Fall Wellness was amazing. Booking was incredibly easy, and the space itself was beautiful. The white noise in the sauna was an added bonus, it created the perfect environment to relax and reset. I’ll definitely be going back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved this place! The whole space is super clean and very pleasant — you can tell they really care about the environment and the experience. The sauna was top quality and the ice bath was just perfect! Such an amazing contrast and exactly what I needed. I left feeling so good, refreshed, and re-energized. Very nice and relaxing felt like we were in somewhere tropical on holidays and with the place all to ourselves. Lot's of good communication with us and detailed instructions to guide us to have the best experience. We did 3 rounds of cold dip and sauna in the hour with each cold dip getting easier. Each dip was about 1min. It would be great gift card for a special occasion. Will defo go back but will keep an eye out for a special as we got an hour for 2 of us for $40 which we thought was good value. Great job guys keep the great service going.

This place is a real hidden gem. Had my sauna and ice bath experience here and I really enjoyed it. Got clear instructions when I booked online and walked straight through to utilise all the amenities. No need for interaction was a bonus and it felt like my own little space to zen out after a busy week.

Absolutely loved this sauna and ice bath experience. The private home setup is incredibly well done, so peaceful, thoughtfully designed, and easy to feel comfortable in. Everything flowed perfectly, and it felt like a true reset.

Really well set up, private area. The decor and plants are really nice. The instructions provided before the session were very clear and well communicated. The board with suggested instructions and timing for the sauna was really helpful, particularly for a first time user! Overall a really relaxing experience, left feeling very good. Will definitely be back!

The space was very nice and it was very straightforward and easy to use everything independently. The sauna was a great size for two. The complimentary electrolytes was a nice touch. We have recommended the experience to friends :)

Really enjoy the set up here - my only suggestion that I think would be good, is a temperature withstanding timer in the sauna, and ice bath - watch timer stopped working in the sauna, so a suitable timer would be great, aside from that - loved it !

Thank you for such a great experience at Rise and Fall Wellness. It was my first time doing a fire and ice session. From the moment you walk down the side you feel like you are no longer in perth. Felt very relaxed. All the amenities were clean and well maintained.

We had a wonderful fire and ice experience at Zen Zone Perth. Everything we wanted in a beautiful setting. Megan was easy to communicate with and was extremely accommodating with a special request we had. Will be back for sure!

We overall had a great experience. The one thing I would say is, we tried to connect the Bluetooth in the sauna to our phones but it wouldn’t work. This is our second time here experiencing the same issue. That being fixed would make it a 5/5 star experience!

I usually go to a different sauna, but after coming here I will 100% be using this as my regular wellness and recovery zone. So clean, well looked after and perfect set up! Outdone yourselves, I will be recommending all my mates to come here x

No shade if you make your appointment midday. Sauna right next to ice bath and the noisy filter system - therefore, not good if you're looking for a quiet peaceful experience. But the sauna did the job I wanted. Easy access to the area without needing to make contact with anyone.
