Always clean and tidy, area is open but private for anyone who comes. Also provide water and electrolytes to rehydrate you!! Quality Sauna and Ice Bath, would recommend 100%

All in all good, I didn't realize that I would be completely on my own so spent 5 mins waiting. Now I know the procedure I will certainly be re-booking.

First time ever doing an ice bath but was such a nice experience here. The sauna was brilliant too. The vibe is so chill and you get the area to yourself. Really beautiful set up. Will definitely be back.
