My treatment today was microneedling and wanted to share my experience. Everything was fully explained to me and all questions asked were answered professionally and in detail showing the knowledge of my therapist. My face gets hot and red during treatment, it’s uncomfortable for me but everyone is different. This was exactly how it was explained to me and I felt fully confident in my therapist. After two treatments people have commented on my skin and I can definitely feel and see a difference. Thank you again.

I love my new autumnal nails! Amy was helpful and really patient whilst I was picking a gel colour. She was detailed with the shape of my nails, added lots of layers to make the gel strong and gave me a hand massage afterwards! Thank you 😊

I can’t say enough about my experience at KF Sports massage. Kim is very professional and knows exactly how to sort my shoulder problem out. The results regarding the amount of movement that Kim managed to get back into my shoulder and arm were instant. I would highly recommend Kim to anybody. Very pleased with my progress to date.😀👍

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Sarah and Denise are both such lovely ladies, and have both supported me throughout my transformation. I’ve been going to the salon for over a year now and have had a number of different treatments, and have had amazing results from all of them. I’m absolutely over the moon and can’t recommend them enough. Consistent results, on different parts of my body, consistent love and support when you’re in and out of the salon. Just lush. I can’t thank these two ladies enough for helping me on my journey to finding myself again. Corny but it’s true!

First visit today for builder gel nails. Previously been going to Alice Nails, Forest Hall and what a difference. Sasha did an amazing job, with a full manicure with sterlised equipment. Next appointment made.

I think that’s the best back massage I’ve ever had. I always carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and Sasha was able to get into the knots to release them! Thank you so much!! I’ll be making it a regular thing to keep on top of the tension.
