Sue is fantastic. I always see her for my waxing and makes you feel comfortable whilst doing a great job at a very reasonable price. Currently heavily pregnant and she has still done an amazing job whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Best person to visit for a wax in Coventry! Highly recommend!

Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Excellent service, Sue reassured me throughout being waxed and kept me busy with conversation! Very lovely lady and a pleasant experience, opted to have my eyebrows threaded after waxing and my eyebrows have never looked so nice and neat! Sue does in fact have magic hands! I’ve been coming back to this salon three times in a row now, and every visit has been a great experience. Rose has done my haircut each time, and she is absolutely lovely. She really listens to your concerns, understands exactly what you want, and delivers it perfectly. I always feel comfortable and confident in her hands. I also had my eyebrows threaded yesterday by Aarti, and she did an excellent job. Very neat and gentle, and I was really happy with the result. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for great service at a very reasonable price. A place you can truly trust.
