Booked this salon near Caterham for my wife’s bridal makeup and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough 💖 She looked absolutely stunning—I even got emotional seeing how beautiful she was 😢✨ Shazia was amazing, so talented and made her feel so comfortable. Always made to feel so welcome but I must say it was extremely hot inside. There was a couple of fans but these were so small and of little use to keep the clients & more the girls cool. Very disappointing that there is no air con in the salon. Also the flooring felt unsafe in some areas as it had lifted and I nearly caught my foot on a lifted floorboard. Was told that there had been a leak but this should have been addressed by now. A bit disappointing but the girls are always smiling & very professional , even if they are finding it hard to work in this heat. Well done girls

Always a great friendly service. The only negative this time was that because it was so hot, inside was very hot & the girls looked very hot. The fans they had did very little. Very surprised that there is no air conditioning. Shame for the girls.

I booked a surprise birthday appointment at Flower Salon for my wife, and the results were incredible. We live in Warlingham, and it was well worth the short trip to the Caterham area. She wanted a total change, and the stylists delivered a stunning new haircut and color that looks absolutely fabulous. The level of personalised care and expertise with her colour was top-notch. She left feeling pampered and beautiful—the perfect gift!

Danielle was great under the very difficult conditions. The treatment rooms have no windows or air conditioning, it’s unbearable and frankly a disgrace.No paying customer should have to put up with this and nobody should have to work under those conditions.It really isn’t that difficult to put a unit in the treatment rooms .
