I wish i had found Rachael sooner, she is an absolute miracle worker! After being previously ripped off and left with an unfinished area by another Dorset practitioner (Naomi O’Hara - who charged me £500 for the same small area that Rachael charged £70 for!) i was devastated and worried I wouldn’t be able to afford to finish my scar treatment. But in just one session all of my scars have now completely disappeared, thanks to Rachael. She took such time & care over my treatment & her friendly, caring nature and professional approach instantly put me at ease.I cannot thank you enough Rachael!

I love coming to Rachel’s salon. It’s only the second time I’ve been but I feel we are like old friends. So much to catch up on. Mostly though, she takes 100% care of you. I’m having my brow colour lifted so I can have “hair strokes”. The procedure was absolutely fine and I can’t wait to have my new brows done by Rachel when we have got all the old ink out of my skin! Rachael, it seems is well liked by other local customers who shared their very positive experiences with me prior and following treatment. I on the other hand am not local. I found Rachael on line and was pleased to see what she had to offer. She was knowledgeable and took time to explain about some of the biology, the safety checks and was very clear about follow up care. The setting was clean, tranquil and comfortable and Rachael’s approach seems calm and at a pace conducive for those (like me) who have never experienced this type of treatment. Time seemed paused and painless. Quality.

Racheal is amazing at what she does. I booked in for a fineline tattoo alteration for an impulse tattoo i had. I ended up coming home with two freshly updated designs after mentioning that I had another tattoo I wanted touching up. Racheal was incredibly professional from start to finish and made sure I was involved in the design process, she also checked in with me to ensure I was completely happy with everything throughout the whole process. The treatment space is beautiful, calming and I had the pleasure of watching lambs play in the field through the window during my time there.
