My nails were completely transformed and revived. The nail technician takes the time to really do her best each time I visit. Very pleased and would always recommend her. The only slight downside could be that it can take a bit longer than usual to get extensions but this is because again she takes the care and extra effort to make them perfect.

Thank you Laura for an excellent visit today. My eyebrows look great already and I have no discomfort at all even though only done three hours ago ! Thank you for the time you took to make sure they were just what I wanted. The aftercare pack is brilliant and covers everything you may want to know, even a much appreciated teabag 😂. I would recommend anyone in later years with thinning eyebrows to visit Laura.

Gigi is phenomenal! I’ve never seen my cuticles look this good—she’s incredibly detailed and precise. The shape she gave my nails is absolutely beautiful, with the most perfect rounded finish I’ve ever had (and I’ve been to a lot of salons!). Her BIAB application is flawless—honestly, I think she does the best BIAB in Colchester. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love my new eyebrows 🥰 My natural eyebrows are very light, so they weren’t visible unless tinted or if I am wearing make up. That’s why I have decided to do powder brows. Gigi is so professional, she made a perfect shape for me based on my facial features. Right after the appointment my eyebrows looked quite dark and wide, but after healing process has ended the shape got thinner and colour became very natural. I get so many compliments now, everyone says that I look very good. ☺️ I highly recommend powder brows by Gigi ❤️

Jana is an amazing therapist everything she does is to such a high standard. Her LVLs are next level amazing results. She always puts in the extra care to make you feel at home and super relaxed and talks your through the process. I have also had facials and massages all have been amazing. Can’t recommend enough.

Gigi was excellent! It was the first time going to Touch of Elegance and it was for bridal nails so I was a bit nervous but Gigi listened to the style I was looking for and even asked to see the dress, flower and colours to make sure what she did fit the wider aesthetic. Gigi's attention to detail was fantastic, and I loved how she was explaining what she was doing. I left with beautiful bridal BIAB nails and couldn't have been happier. I will absolutely return in future.
