Director Jess did my permanent eyebrows. I am not a big make up wearer, so this is a big step for me. Other than it looking hyper real, I did not know exactly what I wanted so relied on Jess's experience to guide me. It was painless and Jess was lovely, and the shape and detail look absolutely amazing. I am excited to see how they end up once the process has finished working.

Everyone was so warm & welcoming, really easy to chat to, the atmosphere was comfortable & relaxed. I had my hair coloured by Megan and then extensions fitted by Daisy, all in one day. They matched the colours up perfectly to my inspiration pics. I was supplied with drinks & they happily let me eat my snacks during my appointment. I managed to get lots of work done on my phone using their WiFi whilst I was there too, which was really helpful. Daisy gave me a personalised haircare kit & told me how to look after my new hair at the end of the appointment. 10/10 experience. Will highly recommend!

Sherri is a brilliant nail tech, she makes you feel comfortable, has a lovely range of colours to choose from, spends as much time as she needs to, to give you the best job possible, as an older client I always feel amazing when I leave Sherri's studio.
