Jodie is my hairy fairy god mother, she is so friendly and bubbly, I put off going for years because I didn’t want to get intimate areas out, but she is brilliant, very professional and doesn’t bat an eye. I have really thick course hair, after only one treatment I noticed a huge difference, second treatment even better. She’s a lovely girl and her prices are good.

Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

I honestly couldn’t recommend Millie enough. From the moment I sat in her chair, she made me feel so comfortable and really took the time to understand exactly how I wanted my makeup to look. She absolutely nailed it and somehow made me feel like the best version of myself. You can tell how much she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Millie was amazing couldn’t recommend her enough. She was so friendly and calmed my nerves. I’ve never had my makeup done before and was worried I might not feel like myself but the makeup was absolutely spot on. Millie listened so well and also suggested new things which I loved! The makeup lasted all day and I will definitely be coming back for any other special events - thank you Millie!

I had an LVL lash lift and brow lamination with Millie-Mae , and it was honestly the best lash lift I’ve ever hadd. From start to finish, the service was impeccable - Millie made me feel so comfortable, explained everything clearly, and her attention to detail was amazing. My lashes still look and feel in fantastic condition, which I haven’t always experienced with lash lifts, and my brows are perfectly shaped without feeling overdone. I couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend her.
