I had a lovely lash appointment. My lashes look great and I felt really comfortable the whole time, even being pregnant. She was kind and made sure I was at ease. The appointment was finished in two hours, which was exactly what I wanted.

I had my 8th session with samantha for pico laser tattoo removal. She was professional, attentive, and made the entire process very comfortable. The treatment was much less painful than I expected, and I’m already seeing really good results. I truly appreciate her skill and care—highly recommended!

Samantha is kind, caring and professional. She's great at what she does and makes a special effort to make you feel welcomed and relaxed before treatment. She explains everything she is going to do beforehand and during treatment. She also gives sufficient aftercare advice when treatment is over. Also as she is a nurse it's reassuring to go to someone with a medical background. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a skilled professional with a down to earth nature !

My first time having a lash lift - LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Amber explained every step as she was doing it, very informative and answered all my questions truthfully and all round set a very calm, cosy and relaxing environment! Thank you!

Always a great experience. Sam is so honest about treatments – if I ask about something and she doesn’t think I need it, she’ll tell me straight. It’s nice to find someone who gives genuine advice instead of just seeing pound signs.
