Thankyou so much for my facial today, it was just what I needed after a stressful couple of weeks. Sophie's technique is really lovely and her attention to detail is second to none. I feel at home in Mirror Mirror, the staff are really great they make you feel at ease and have lovely conversation. I would recommend to friends and family to go there. It's different from other places in Shrewsbury because of the atmosphere and the treatments are unpretentious and affordable. It's also very clean and has a great choice of treatment available. The owner Viv is so lovely, genuine and so helpful!

The team at Mirror Mirror are incredible. Extremely talented and lovely people. Warm, friendly and highly professional. They take what they do seriously and everything about them is top quality. They go above and beyond. And Sophie is an absolute artist. I have never known anyone with her level of skill. I almost want to keep her a hidden gem!

Caitlin was very lovely and friendly. She cut my daughter’s hair in to a beautiful bob and took her time to make sure it was cut neat and level. My daughter loves her new hair! We will definitely visit again. Thank you ☺️

Lovely experience for my daughter, she felt very pampered! I was offered a drink which I was ok for, but after revisiting the website, I saw Ruby would have had a drink included with her nails! I will make sure to ask for a drink for her next time. Thank you for her lovely colourful nails 😊

100% recommend, amazing service, great progress. I recommend caitlin she’s brilliant changed my hair completely in one sitting i kept getting let down because my hair was red box dyed but she didn’t give up and achieved everything i wanted.
