Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

This is the best experience I’ve had in Coventry. I’ve been a few times now to Hair Lab for hairdressing and I’ve had mani/pedi in the past too. The staff are genuinely lovely people who move heaven and earth to fit you in where they can even if you’ve walked in off the street that day. The first time I came for a haircut last year I had had a botched job somewhere else and they fixed it for me, it looked great afterwards. I’ve since returned for restyles, and most recently a perm and layers. They taught me what products to use on my new curls, and cut the layers to suit my face beautifully.

Saira is just fantastic ♥️ ! Love her professionalism and honest suggestions and tips 💯 I have had such a lovely experience each time I’ve been there, so does my friends and family who’ve been there after I recommended Saira😍 Best hairdresser I’ve been to in Coventry so far🙌

Had problems parking and then getting into Skindeep due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights - clearly beyond anyone's control. Walked into an empty reception and called and waited for a good 5 minutes before going back outside and ringing the bell again. Once I was welcomed, the procedure was fully explained before treatment began. I had no previous experience of HIFU so was surprised somewhat by the sensation (sometimes unpleasant) around the jawbone. Saira was very friendly and accommodating, she adjusted to my needs for privacy as a hijabi and talked me through how much hair she was cutting and why. She did an excellent job in reviving my hair that needed a good chop! I’m always hesitant on trying new hairdressers but will definitely want to go back to her again.

First time visiting this massage therapist and she is amazing. Her technique and skill is perfect. Highly recommend her if you are struggling with tight and sore muscles. A 5 star review isn't high enough. Had an hour deep tissue massage and will definitely be going again. Thankyou very much Una.
