I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

Rama did my gel extensions, manicure and pedicure. She listened to all my needs and exceeded my expectations. She is well organized with a clean space and she is kind and gentle. I'm so happy with the results of my brow trio service! This includes lamination, tinting, and shaping. I also opted the brow mapping add-on (trust me, it's worth it!) It was so cool to go through the process and learn more about my brows through the service. Twinkle is super kind and lovely to work with. Her online booking system is super user friendly, and she goes through the steps with you to understand what is happening. The mapping was the coolest part, seeing all the thought that goes into evening out the brows. I cannot stop looking in the mirror!! ❤️

I got my make-up done for my friends wedding and absolutely loved it! I got so many compliments from people that said my make-up was the best of the day. The service was friendly and fun. I would come back in a heartbeat whenever I need make-up done in Hamilton! Cannot recommend enough.

The experience was wonderful! I was able to book an appointment. I needed to come in a little bit earlier and they were able to accommodate me. They did a fantastic job with the threading and the waxing. I had my eyebrows and my lip done. Friendly and professional team.
