Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. Im going to start off by saying I was hesitant but due for a facial Jaclynn made me feel at ease and her expertise had me walking out glowing , refreshed and revitalized exactly what I wanted and results were instant.
