Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

My second time getting a Brazilian here! And I will once again be back!! Not only are the staff all so kind I dropped my fork snacking before my appointment and they got me a new one without missing a beat. The wax they use leaves me feels soft and smooth for dayssss.

Samantha was incredibly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my laser treatment. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer my questions, which really put me at ease. The treatment itself was smooth and much easier than I expected. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Samantha!

I had a positive experience overall. The aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable right away. I booked the hour FLO Signature Facial, and my skin felt hydrated afterward, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. That said, my appointment started at 4:45 and ended around 5:20, so it felt noticeably shorter than the full hour advertised. While the treatment itself was enjoyable, I did feel like I didn’t quite get my money’s worth due to the shortened time.

Rama did my gel extensions, manicure and pedicure. She listened to all my needs and exceeded my expectations. She is well organized with a clean space and she is kind and gentle. Atah did my full face threading and did a superb job. The salon is super clean and a welcoming place. I will definitely be back.
