This was my first facial experience and it was great. I felt comfortable and was pleased with the space at Glow. The bed was pre-warmed and the towels were super soft. The atmosphere was lovely and clean. Jaclynn was very informative about what was in a procuct and why a specific product is being used. Jaclynn explained everything before, while and during application of all products so I knew what to expect. I will be telling my friends and will return for more treatments in the future. It was my first spray tan at Tuscany studio and Carli was absolutely amazing. I had no idea what I wanted and she was able to base the solution on my skin undertones, features etc to know exactly which formulation to use and how the spray tan will turn out. - not too warm not too cool, a perfect vacation tan! I was on my period so felt some type of way, but she honestly made me feel so comfortable- walked out feeling confident, tanned and fabulous. Jake is an absolute gem of a human being.
