First time visiting and definitely not the last. Booked in for a facial, and Traci was great. Before starting, I told Traci about a neck/shoulder problem I was having , and she really made sure that I got the full benefits of the treatment without irritating my problem. It honestly was the best facial I've ever had. Afterwards Traci and Chloe both took the time to discuss further treatments to help improve my problem areas. I will definitely be returning soon to start work on them. Thank you both xx

I'm a returning customer and wouldn't get my lashes done anywhere else. Jodie is incredibly attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure you get exactly what you requested. I added a mini facial to my booking, which was lovely; I woke up with a nice glow. Highly recommend x

1st time at The Box Barbers Great location. I found parking easily. Been a client of Genna for a while now. She is without a doubt the best barber in Sutton Coldfield.

I had Microneedling facial, once again Suki did a great job, explained what she was going to do and used the treatment that was suitable for my skin. The treatment has made my face feel so soft. Will be going back again in 4 weeks for my second course.

Absolutely amazing experience, had a full body massage and facial. Jane makes you feel at ease throughout this thoroughly relaxing treatment, she has magic in her hands lol. Face looks & feels amazing too cant wait for my next appointment which is already booked btw 🥰
