Great customer service from Renisha, I enjoyed the oxygen chamber but it did get a little too warm after a while. The red light therapy experience was my highlight as it was so relaxing. Only thing I was disappointed is that there is no shower to freshen up after the cold plunge and sauna otherwise I would have rated great.

Whilst the therapy was top notch, Louise is your asset. A lovely experience and I'll be back..Nothing more to say other than it's well positioned however does lack obvious parking, yet parking very nearby (paid) in front of the patisserie on the roundabout.or if you use Aldi or Lidl then you can park there for sometime.

I had such a brilliant experience on this course! Sarah is an amazing trainer, so knowledgeable and she explains everything in such a clear and easy-to-follow way. I really loved the practical side too; being able to get hands-on experience with live feedback and guidance was invaluable and made such a difference. The venue itself is a total pink dream house! Such a vibe and the perfect setting for learning! I left the course feeling so much more confident in myself, and I’m already excited to book onto more courses in the future. Highly recommend!

I was initially very nervous as I'm terrible with needles but Sarah was very reassuring and after the first injection I completely relaxed. Sarah's technique is spot on, not only did she do my botox without any discomfort at all she actually made me feel chilled out. I know the needles are only tiny but if you have an irrational fear of needles as I do its a much more difficult experience psychologically. No one has ever taken the time and care, it was a completely different experience than I'm used to! The girl has a magic touch!

This is my second course with Sarah and I've already booked a third. Sarah is attentive, knowledgeable and such a good tutor, great at building confidence and that really helps you to learn at a comfortable pace. The support you receive after the course is second to none, you never feel alone, there's active support groups with a bunch of previous students that all support each other. It's an absolute vibe, nothing is scary and you don't feel like you're on a conveyer belt of students it's a more relaxed intimate atmosphere, it's definitely how I learn best. Mya looks after me at the Aesthetic Company in Mere Green, Sutton Coldfield. She is friendly, enthusiastic and excellent at what she does. She has managed to get rid of the red spider veins on my cheeks and around my nose which were making me unhappy about the condition of my skin. I now don’t need to put foundation on my face every day, which I always did, to disguise the red spider veins. I am absolutely delighted and thrilled that I can now go out without my usual make up thanks to feeling happy and confident with my skin. Thanks Mya, you’re a star!

I today had a second appointment with Mya to laser and clear some red spider veins on my chin, cheeks and nose and she does a fantastic job.
