Nicole was incredibly kind and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. It was my first time having the Pro Skin 60 Facial and she made the whole experience so relaxing, whilst also taking the time to explain some of the tools and techniques as I asked questions. I walked out feeling refreshed, renewed, and exactly what I needed. Such a lovely experience. I enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked in again for next month. Highly recommend!

I had a gorgeous Saturday afternoon spent at The Rose Room with Lauren. I had a luxury pedicure & the Ultimate Facial. I never wanted to leave! Left glowing & feeling relaxed. I would highly recommend both treatments, they’re just amazing!

Wow!!! I had the Korean facial today with Laurie. I don’t think I’ve ever had a facial which made me so relaxed. The room and setup is instant calm. Laurie herself is extremely thorough and lovely. Will definately be back for more.

I had a lovely pampering session with Zoe and it made me feel relaxed and refreshed. I had a facial treatment which made my face look much brighter and brought back the glow. I also had mani/pedi - skin on my hands and feet feels so much softer. I will definitely go back. Already booked my next treatment.

It was great. The customer service was AMAZING and they meet my expectations always. The price is better than most places here is rugby if not all. I SOOO recommend. Will be coming here every time I need my nails done.

Absolutely wonderful experience today, I had a facial and back massage and it was amazing, one of the best I’ve had. You can tell Louisa really knows what she’s doing, and the environment is lovely and cosy. Will be back soon! Xx

Rayya made me feel completely relaxed from the moment I walked into the salon, all the way through the treatment and even during the aftercare. My skin feels incredible and has such a beautiful glow! I would definitely recommend her.

I found Precious' shop through Google and I am so glad I did! She is one of the only places in Rugby that actually threads and she did an amazing job! I also got a wax service done from her as well and again, loved the results. Precious is kind and professional and made sure the results were to my liking. Would recommend!

I had my first ever microneedling session with Rayya and she was amazing! She explained the whole process really well and made me feel like I was in trusted hands. She constantly checked in on how I was feeling as this is more of an invasive facial so I felt very comfortable. I loved the overall experience and the results were fantastic. I will definitely be re-booking!
