I had a lovely pampering session with Zoe and it made me feel relaxed and refreshed. I had a facial treatment which made my face look much brighter and brought back the glow. I also had mani/pedi - skin on my hands and feet feels so much softer. I will definitely go back. Already booked my next treatment.

Nicole was incredibly kind and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. It was my first time having the Pro Skin 60 Facial and she made the whole experience so relaxing, whilst also taking the time to explain some of the tools and techniques as I asked questions. I walked out feeling refreshed, renewed, and exactly what I needed. Such a lovely experience. I enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked in again for next month. Highly recommend!

It was great. The customer service was AMAZING and they meet my expectations always. The price is better than most places here is rugby if not all. I SOOO recommend. Will be coming here every time I need my nails done.

I found Precious' shop through Google and I am so glad I did! She is one of the only places in Rugby that actually threads and she did an amazing job! I also got a wax service done from her as well and again, loved the results. Precious is kind and professional and made sure the results were to my liking. Would recommend!

I’ve now had 3 facials now with Nicole and every single one has been amazing! Today I had the Hydro Facial and it was absolutely incredible, my skin feels so fresh, clean, glowing, and hydrated. Such a relaxing experience from start to finish, and you can really tell how much care and attention goes into every treatment. I always leave feeling so refreshed and confident in my skin. I had an excellent dermaplane facial with Emily. She adapted the treatment to suit my skin's specific needs, making the whole experience incredibly relaxing. My skin looked brighter and felt so smooth afterwards. Emily was great and made me feel completely at ease. I would highly recommend her!

Absolutely wonderful experience today, I had a facial and back massage and it was amazing, one of the best I’ve had. You can tell Louisa really knows what she’s doing, and the environment is lovely and cosy. Will be back soon! Xx
