Nicole was incredibly kind and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. It was my first time having the Pro Skin 60 Facial and she made the whole experience so relaxing, whilst also taking the time to explain some of the tools and techniques as I asked questions. I walked out feeling refreshed, renewed, and exactly what I needed. Such a lovely experience. I enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked in again for next month. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely pampering session with Zoe and it made me feel relaxed and refreshed. I had a facial treatment which made my face look much brighter and brought back the glow. I also had mani/pedi - skin on my hands and feet feels so much softer. I will definitely go back. Already booked my next treatment.

I found Precious' shop through Google and I am so glad I did! She is one of the only places in Rugby that actually threads and she did an amazing job! I also got a wax service done from her as well and again, loved the results. Precious is kind and professional and made sure the results were to my liking. Would recommend!

5 stars really isn't enough! Nithela is so experienced, knowledgeable and instantly puts you at ease. Having struggled with my self image due to the size of my legs since my mid teens, the fat freezing, fat cavitation and radio frequency service provided has been a miracle - reduced my thighs by 19 inches! The experience and treatment has been genuinely life changing and my self confidence is soaring in a way it never has before! I'm able to wear shorts and skirts I'd never have dreamed of wearing before the treatment. I can't thank and recommend Nithela enough. I will be back for more!!

I booked in with Charlotte for a pedicure & facial. Charlotte was professional polite & very welcoming, she made feel comfortable. My feet look and feel amazing ready for the summer footwear and my face is glowing after my facial and the high quality products used. Highly recommend booking in with Charlotte. I will defo be back again for more treatments.

It was great. The customer service was AMAZING and they meet my expectations always. The price is better than most places here is rugby if not all. I SOOO recommend. Will be coming here every time I need my nails done.

I had my first ever microneedling session with Rayya and she was amazing! She explained the whole process really well and made me feel like I was in trusted hands. She constantly checked in on how I was feeling as this is more of an invasive facial so I felt very comfortable. I loved the overall experience and the results were fantastic. I will definitely be re-booking!

Amazing facial with Charlotte! She did an awesome job and I feel 10 years younger. Charlotte completely put me at ease and was so helpful, clear and honest. Easily the best facial I’ve ever had!! Will def be booking again
