Nicole was incredibly kind and made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. It was my first time having the Pro Skin 60 Facial and she made the whole experience so relaxing, whilst also taking the time to explain some of the tools and techniques as I asked questions. I walked out feeling refreshed, renewed, and exactly what I needed. Such a lovely experience. I enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked in again for next month. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely pampering session with Zoe and it made me feel relaxed and refreshed. I had a facial treatment which made my face look much brighter and brought back the glow. I also had mani/pedi - skin on my hands and feet feels so much softer. I will definitely go back. Already booked my next treatment.

Rebecca was a joy to spend the hour with, we had a nice chat at the start then I was so relaxed I lost the ability to speak. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Honestly one of the best full lymphatic massages I’ve had! The whole experience was super relaxing and the therapist really knew what they were doing. They made me feel comfortable straight away and explained everything in a really easy, friendly way. I felt the difference almost straight after — less bloated, more refreshed, and just generally lighter. It was gentle but still really effective, which I loved. Definitely a 5-star experience, I’ll 100% be coming back and would highly recommend to anyone thinking about it!

I found Precious' shop through Google and I am so glad I did! She is one of the only places in Rugby that actually threads and she did an amazing job! I also got a wax service done from her as well and again, loved the results. Precious is kind and professional and made sure the results were to my liking. Would recommend!

Sylwia is incredible at what she does. I booked in for full body plus fire cupping purely out of curiosity and knowing I had some tension in my back and shoulders. She made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed, and even checked in with me the following morning to make sure I wasn’t in pain from the deeper massage. I will definitely be back x

I had my first ever microneedling session with Rayya and she was amazing! She explained the whole process really well and made me feel like I was in trusted hands. She constantly checked in on how I was feeling as this is more of an invasive facial so I felt very comfortable. I loved the overall experience and the results were fantastic. I will definitely be re-booking!

This was my first time having a facial and Rayya made it a lovely, relaxing experience. I left feeling calm and with my skin feeling completely revitalised! I had compliments about my skin later that day. I would 100% recommend visiting Radiance by Rayya to anyone and will be visiting again :)
