Kate has literally transformed my skin and my confidence. When I first found Kate I was suffering with awful redness, rashes and spots and my confidence was at its lowest. I had monthly facials with Kate and she gave me an at home routine that has completely transformed my skin in a year. I now go makeup free most days and I look forward to my monthly trips to see Kate, who is so friendly and welcoming. Her salon is stunning and the little touches Kate has thought of make visiting even more special. I recommend Kate to all of my Brides who want a Bridal glow up and they all love her too.

Sam is amazing! She is helping me, at the ripe old age of 33 lol, with my skin. She has currently recommended me an amzing new skin routine to my budget and we went with a carbon facial as a boost for the skin and this was amazing! I have very very sensitive skin. And when I tell u no irritation at all. My skins has never been so smooth, redness has generally decreased. Pore are less noticeable but forever in love with how soft my face it has help with texture so well. Can't wait to have another one.

Back once again for my regular facial, as usual had an excellent facial from the fabulous Jenn, she's really had a big impact on my how i take care of my skin and my facial routine and it's made a huge difference, I can't recommend Jenn highly enough, not only is she amazing at what she does she is a fabulous person, every visit is such a treat and i always look forward to the next one.

I've started to have beauty treatments (facials) in Beauty box Penarth in January 2023. From the first time I was impressed with the client service. It is lovely going there. It is so relaxing and I have the confidence that they take care of my skin because they use a high quality products and have the knowledge and expirience . This was my final (12 of 12) appointment with Sam for laser facial hair removal. As always, Sam was friendly, personable and great at her job. Her salon is always very clean and inviting, and it is a pleasure attending for appointments there. The results of the treatment plan have been very noticeable - a significant reduction in the growth of facial hair and slowing of growth for what remains. I'm really pleased with the results.

Eloise quickly put me at ease, checking what my preferences were before choosing products tailored to me. The facial was fabulous and included a great massage. A very relaxing experience and my skin felt great afterwards. Definitely be back again.
