An amazing experience. Beth made sure everything was perfect for my massage, from the warmth of the room, to the scent of the oils she used. I can honestly say, it’s the best massage I’ve ever had. She also gave me some ideas of stretches I can do to relieve tension in problem areas. It was very dark when I left and Beth watched me get safely to my car, which was such a thoughtful thing to do. I came away feeling very cared for. Absolutely perfect.

My first Circadia facial, and what a wonderful experience it was! My face tends to scream for moisturiser after cleansing but not this morning, I didn't even feel I needed any! Already booked my next 2 and can't wait, very excited. As always, Lauren delivered it in true Lauren style, creating a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. I would not go anywhere else, she is the best!

A really lovely space in which to enjoy Beth's intuitive, skilful and individually designed essential oils massage. Her years of experience mean that she works round injuries or restricted movement confidently and with empathy. The only downside to this massage was that it had to end at some point!! I had an absolutely blissful experience!

I had a lovely mini facial with Sam, such a relaxing treat. My favourite part was the face mask and ice globe massage, and skin is now soo smooth and soft

Amazing as always and so lovely to sit, relax and chat in such a welcoming environment

Niki is a really lovely lady she is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in depth on looking at new treatments and which one best suits me. And the result I wanted. My treatment is going really well and I'm happy with the results so far.

I have visited Beth for massages many times over the years and her massages are second to none. I recently visited her for a massage to relieve menopausal joint related pain and her hands have worked magic. I would highly recommend.

A great Yoga session with Beth; she’s great at pushing you just the right amount and picking up on very subtle adjustments that are needed to your posture. Highly recommended!

A fantastic yoga one-to-one session with Beth. She is a really inspiring teacher who has taught me so much over the last few months. I have also taken part in group yoga sessions with Beth where she manages to strike the correct balance between engaging the whole group and providing some individual feedback. Highly recommended! 😊

I visited for balayage, cut and blow dry. I was so so happy with my results. Terri was so helpful and lovely- couldn’t recommend more!

I had a full body massage with Beth this evening! She blended some oils to suit my needs and I felt very warm and relaxed. The massage was wonderful and I was very close to falling asleep. I will definitely be back very soon. Highly recommend.
