I'm a local mum of twins with over 15 years of experience in all things wellbeing, inc extensive training & experience in Massage, Holistic Therapies, Herbal Medicine & Yoga. Plus a passion for creating Organic Herbal Skincare & Aromatherapy products. My main focus is to provide women - at all stages of life - a space of support, nourishment, and compassion through tailored holistic treatments, one-to-one & group yoga classes, workshops, and mini-retreats.
