Randomly found Claire on Instagram and after seeing the videos she posted of facials I knew I had to book one! I messaged Claire to let her know i was struggling with my complexion whilst breastfeeding, she went above and beyond to look into suitable treatments and even added a bespoke facial to her booking site. Claire was so friendly and her treatment room is so relaxing, the facial itself was just what I needed, so relaxing and my skin feels amazing, will definitely book again.

Hands down the best facial I've ever had! Immediate difference which continues over the next few days. Lovely friendly atmosphere with very knowledgeable staff. I don't usually write reviews but The Rooms most certainly deserve one! Looking forward to my next visit.

I recently went to Nicola for a oxy facial. She was very professional and explained it all to me. Iv had many facials but by far this was the best facial iv ever had. Very relaxing. I would highly recommend Nicolas facials!

I had a collagen induction facial with Nicola and it was such a great experience! She was so welcoming and made me feel really comfortable from the start. Chantelle was fantastic, my facial left my skin soft and hydrated and my massage was both relaxing and reenergising! Gentle pressure where needed and offered deeper pressure when it came to tackling my plethora of knots and tension in my back and shoulders. It was refreshing to have a masseuse who wasn’t afraid to really get her elbows in there and work each knot! With so many knots in my back, I’m 10000% booking back in with her asap for a deep tissue 💙
