Parise was so lovely and accommodating. I booked my appointment very last minute and she was gracious and eager to ensure my appointment went ahead. I booked the holistic massage but wasn’t sure what type so took her guidance after explaining where I had pain and what I wanted out of the massage. She took her time to ensure the biggest knots were eased (I have lots) and checked in with me for how much pressure was happy for her to apply. Everything about the massage was perfect. My shoulders weren’t up by my ears when I left! 🙌🏼 I will definitely be returning, and will even try a facial too! Xx

I cannot rate Lauren too highly, my facial was amazing, I didn't want it to end! My skin feels great. Lauren is so lovely, caring and professional. I wouldn't go to anyone else. Cannot wait for the next one

This is approximately my 5th/6th facial with Lauren. I'm 56! In all those years these are by far the best facials I've ever had. I felt so relaxed and almost floaty, Lauren certainly knows her stuff... exceptional 🥰

I recently had a deep cleanse facial and it was absolutely amazing. From start to finish, the experience was relaxing, professional, and exactly what my skin needed. The was incredibly thorough taking the time to analyse my skin, explain the process, and focus on areas that really needed attention.

After a very stressful period in my life I was so tense in my neck Parise was absolutely wonderful I can move my neck and shoulders with out pain and I normally don’t enjoy massages at all but she made me relaxed and enjoyed every minute thank you again

What a great Body Contouring session I had today. Parise has made me feel so comfortable and I can really see the difference since I’ve started. I’m looking forward to the next couple of sessions! Thank you again for the time and effort you have put in to sculpting my body! Xx

Brilliant experience great service with voucher. I was measured before and after treatment 2 inches lost. The area treated felt smooth. Parking available travelling by bus not regularly service.
