My first Circadia facial, and what a wonderful experience it was! My face tends to scream for moisturiser after cleansing but not this morning, I didn't even feel I needed any! She used a special tool to gently work out all the knots along my neck, it was so relaxing yet totally different to what I’ve had before. Absolutely amazing experience! Lauren has a true gift. Her intuitive touch and calming presence create such a safe and nurturing space. She guides breath work and in doing so thought the massage helped melt away tension I didn't even know I was holding. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and happier than I have in a long time.
