Absolutely amazing facial! The environment was so calm and relaxing. Rachel makes you feel completely welcome and at ease from the second you arrive. The facial itself was honestly the best I’ve ever had — so relaxing that I practically floated out afterwards! My skin is absolutely glowing. I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!
