This was my third massage with Andrew. I opted for a deep tissue again to help resolve aches and pain from working a desk job for many years. Andrew is welcoming, polite and professional, with a very calming demeanour. Excellent at listening to any concerns you have, explaining the treatment options and always checks in when it comes to your comfort and pressure used during each session. Every massage has been so relaxing and I’ve felt the benefits after each one. Both studios are gorgeously decorated and easy to get to via public transport. Looking forward to my next! Had a great session with Xenia. Really holistic approach to the massage, talked through where I felt needed focus and took time to check in during the session. She worked out areas of tension I didn't even realise I had without needing any heavy handedness. She's really intuitive in her approach, so the massage is very tailored to your body's needs. Never been so relaxed and felt so peaceful whilst also getting the tension release of a deep tissue massage.

Liz gave me a deep tissue massage for my neck and shoulders. It was great, lots of pops and cracks as she worked through the knots. I definitely felt better afterwards and plan to return soon.

Great massage, I was asked if I had any problem areas and these were focused on. My back is feeling a lot better after. The room is very cosy too.

First time at Ark Massage therapy. From the outset Andrew was polite and courteous. Discussion around what back issues I was having; explanation of what the session would involve with deep tissue massage and mobility work. During the session, excellent mindfulness shown in checking that I was comfortable and content with deep tissue pressures. Excellent ambiance and venue was suitable. Follow up care was given re stretches to carry out for future mobility work. Would recommend fully.
