I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

I booked an apartment for 9am. Which the salon changed to 9.30. This wasn't suitable for me but they made it later to accommodate me. I arrived early expecting a wait, bit was taken early too. The lady Isabella was soooo lovely! So friendly and chatty . Even got a little taste of her massage skills at the end of my wax appointment! I've never had a massage but ill certainly be going back for one. Highly recommended. Very clean salon too and so easy to get to .

I had such a lovely experience! She did an acrylic French manicure for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The nails are beautifully shaped, the French tips are so clean and precise, and the finish is flawless. Today was an amazing experience! We had the Japanese Head Spa and facial, and it was absolutely incredible. I can’t recommend Fern enough. She’s so professional, welcoming, and truly amazing at what she does. The whole treatment was so relaxing from start to finish. I can’t wait to go back for the same treatment and to try some of her other treatments too. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great experience again as always. Got my usual lashes done and they are looking fabulous but also got some waxing done as well and I've only ever had my brows waxed before so was nervous about the leg wax and underarm wax but Mindy made me feel so comfortable and explained everything and put me at ease. 5 stars as always if I could give her 10 stars I would xx
