I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

I had such a lovely experience! She did an acrylic French manicure for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The nails are beautifully shaped, the French tips are so clean and precise, and the finish is flawless. I have to been visiting Amelia from Mela Skin & Beauty for a monthly facial for the last few years. I’m 56 and often get told I look in my 40s. Great experience again as always. Got my usual lashes done and they are looking fabulous but also got some waxing done as well and I've only ever had my brows waxed before so was nervous about the leg wax and underarm wax but Mindy made me feel so comfortable and explained everything and put me at ease. 5 stars as always if I could give her 10 stars I would xx
