Amira. Makes. Glasgow! I have functional scoliosis and normally I’m pretty concerned about this when getting a massage of any kind. This doesn’t even occur to me with Amira. The myofascial release had perfect pressure, nothing is uncomfortable even when I expect it to be and breath is part of it all. Next day its restored movement to my joints, no pain. It also completely eradicated a migraine. Never happened before! Because consent is so emphasised throughout and you are asked to communicate during the treatment the results go much deeper and become incredibly therapeutic somatically. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I cannot recommend Xen Therapy enough!! I struggle a lot with chronic pain and tightness so have been coming for monthly massages and each time feel like I’m floating on a cloud afterwards. Xen is extremely knowledgeable about the body so has easily been able to release the tension and soothe the muscle pain in my body.

Struggled to find somewhere right for me after my regular place closed. Xen sets a relaxing atmosphere and is lovely to chat to but happy to offer the deep pressure I love and many other places fall short on. Absolutely addicted to her massages and wish I could go more than once a month.

I arrived carrying my body like a badly packed suitcase — everything jammed in, nothing quite where it should be. Two hours later, I left feeling unpacked, listened to, and reassembled. This isn’t just a massage. It’s a full-body myofascial session. The space is warm and genuinely welcoming, and Amira herself is calm, attentive and present without being intrusive, skilled without being forceful. Nothing is forced, it feels safe to let go. Things softened because they were allowed to. My body feels freer today than it has in a long time. I left calmer and more at home in myself. The best! 💜

I've been going to see John Neeson at this physio for quite some time, every time I go I feel its a great experience I do the exercises in relation to the therapy provided, always end up back in no time, I would without hesitation recommend this physio for all your physical therapy requirements

Very greatful to have found Amira threw my sister, I recently took time off work as I started to listen to my mind and body, discovering what I need & this was it, I went for the Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy, they make you feel relaxed & we discovered a few things that my body was asking for, very excited for my next session when I book it in & I will be recommending this to anyone who may need it as much as I did.

It is always a great experience at Physio. John worked on my back and knee and gave me lots of extra tips to help my pain. I already have many exercises which help, which I faithfully do daily.

Very professional and knowledgeable service. Thorough examination given with explanations provided along the way to keep you informed. Problem identified and physio session conducted in their private gym with detailed explanations of each exercise and how it works. Email received afterwards with the tailored physio program including exercises, sets, reps and a link to a physio app that contains your program, videos of the exercises, timer, ability to set reminders throughout the day to complete physio etc. Not the cheapest of services however you get what you pay for. Highly recommend.

After 6 months of constantly going back and forward with scans, physio, chiro. I've managed to find out what the problem with my lower back is. John explained very clearly and showed me what I need to do to fix this ongoing problem. The man is very knowledgeable and I would high recommend him.

I had a really lovely experience. The space is peaceful and I felt safe to talk openly. After the first session, which was only talking, I already felt better and my anxiety was gone. Amira is very kind and gentle, and explains everything clearly. I felt safe to open up and share my thoughts without fear. The sessions that combine massage and breathing are amazing. Cannot recommend Amira enough, such a kind knowledgeable person. Took the time to understand what my issue was and thought about the best way to treat it.l with a buccal massage. For the first time in months I have no back pain thanks to a jaw massage! The tension in my jaw has been released for the first time in a very very long time. Give it a try.

I cant recommend The Talking Body Clinic highly enough. I had 3 appointments and plan to attend regularly from now on. Genuinely life changing. Jaw release and the scar tissue massage have both made a significant difference having only been a few days since my visit.
