This treatment was amazing! Felt so chilled and relaxed after! Massage was the best Taylor got knots out that have been annoying me for a while, I didn’t want to get up!! The facial was also excellent face looks and feels so nice!! Defo be back again xx

Today I had the hydra facial and wow it’s amazing! Each step gives ur face something different! Left feel fresh, clear and shining! Skin is glowing! And so clean and clear! Received a voucher for here and decided to use it for a Microdermabrasion facial. Georgann was very polite and helpful and explained all in detail what she would be doing. Facial was fab and my face felt and looked amazing afterwards. Defo recommend.

I had my first Black Diamond Facial with Shabana and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease and took the time to listen to my needs and concerns. She was kind, compassionate and genuinely caring throughout the treatment. As well as leaving with amazing skin, I felt like I'd met a kindred spirit. I left feeling much more relaxed and less tense, and genuinely looked after. I would definitely recommend Shabana to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming and caring experience, and I'll certainly be returning!

This was my first visit to Nirvana Gold. Nicole was lovely and friendly and made me feel very welcome. I was really pleased with my brow wax and tint - Nicole checked with me if I wanted it any darker. She was also very gentle when waxing which was a nice experience. I would recommend.

Great experience again as always. Got my usual lashes done and they are looking fabulous but also got some waxing done as well and I've only ever had my brows waxed before so was nervous about the leg wax and underarm wax but Mindy made me feel so comfortable and explained everything and put me at ease. 5 stars as always if I could give her 10 stars I would xx
