There’s a very welcoming atmosphere in the salon. Liam has been doing my hair for about 6 years now, I’ve had every hair colour under the sun. I’ve messed up my own hair with different colours and Liam is able to rescue it every time and make it look amazing. He makes the colours blend seamlessly. I’ve never left the salon feeling anything less than happy. I barely even use words to describe how I want my hair to look and he knows exactly what I’m talking about. I highly recommend this salon.

First time at the salon and I’ll definitely be back. Lauren really listened to what I wanted and gave me a haircut and colour that I love. As someone who’s had negative experiences before when a stylist presses their idea on you of how your hair should look, it felt really refreshing to be listened to and understood. Thank you Lauren!

Natalie is great. She has cut my hair when both long (below shoulder) and short (pixie). She has also coloured my hair brilliantly when it was vibrant red. I have gone to this salon since it opened and really trust the staff, I using anyone new that they hire 👏💫

AHHHH I cant say how much I love Salon Héro! Every single haircut I've had had been perfect, I feel so happy and chilled out after every visit. I used to hate having my haircut, I tried loads of different salons but never felt very comfortable but Héro and her daughters are so warm and welcoming. They're such genuinely nice people and my god do they cut hair well! They're also fantastic at shaping eyebrows (even my squiggly brows looks great after Héro's handywork). I come out of the salon feeling like a new woman every visit, they are absolutely exceptional :)

Had a great wee day with Mel and after an unexpected surprise was in the salon longer than I expected but Mel made it such a chill, nice experience! Also I am absolutely in love with my hair! Had so many compliments already 💖 It was so worth the wait, thank you xxx

Been going to Natalie at Bellame for years. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair! Staff are always lovely and the salon has a lovely relaxed feel to it.

First visit for wash style/blow dry and could not fault anything about the salon Jeanie was polite courteous and an amazing girl esp working with my thick curly hair

Very Good blow dry & lovely stylist.my first time in salon so im confident my stylist will get to know me/my hair fully going forward. Looking forward to return. Not sure i liked the spray styling lotion, it smelled nice but i felt it left my hair a bit tuggy. I’ll ask for a styling/blow dry crème next time
