The manicure was very good, and the manicurist was excellent. But I was there three weeks ago and it was $70 for a hard gel manicure today you charged me $90 for the hard gel that is almost a 30% increase. That is a huge increase to give to a customer. I could see a five or 10% increase but three weeks later if you charge 30% higher out is quite a lot to pass on to the consumer and will prevent me and others from coming as often I would appreciate if you reconsider and go back to your old price for a long time loyal. Customers.

The price for a hard gel manicure with the technician you usually see is $80. We kept our manicure prices unchanged for five years, even as costs across the industry continued to rise. We did our best to maintain them for our clients, but eventually an adjustment became necessary so we could continue providing quality services with quality products. We truly value our loyal clients, and that’s why we created a rewards program that gives regular clients points toward discounts.
