I had a soft tissue massage with Sarah today and would highly recommend. I felt I had quite a lot of tension and Sarah really worked into the areas that needed it - my body has been very grateful for releasing some of that tightness! It was a gift that lead me to Sarah. I was a little apprehensive as I have a frozen shoulder and some other issues surrounding my shoulder/neck area. However, Sarah listened to my concerns and concentrated on these areas to help release stiffness and provided me with some exercises to continue on my journey to recovery. I will certainly return for not only physio but relaxation sessions.
