Leanne at Profile is great, I cannot recommend enough! Not only is she professional, but so lovely and always puts me at ease. This was my second visit to see Richard & once again, he made me feel very welcome. He was able to deal with my skin ailment using electrolysis & the results have been excellent. I would happily return to see Richard if there was anything else I wanted him to resolve.

Although I hate my lip and chin being lasered I very much enjoy my painful time with Hayley. Jokes aside, it’s over and done with so quickly your on and off the couch in no time and also enjoy being hair free for 3-6 months! (I have PCOS so I grow regular chin hair 😩) couldn’t live without my laser!!

Ive tried lots of places to get my eye lash extensions done, all of which kept stinging my eyes like crazy. I love the way Phillipa does my lashes and I get no irritation! Wish I found her sooner 😊

Always absolutely 10/10 work by Leanne. Ive had lip treatments with her for a few years but only just started having Botox with her… and my only complaint… is why didn’t I start it sooner!?!? She will only recommend or explain any treatments to you that you could benefit from so you can really trust her expert opinion and know you’re in safe hands with someone who will never try to sell you something you just don’t need. Trust is key xx
