I always enjoy my treatments with Lauren. Today I had a back, neck and shoulder sports massage which was great and relieved the tension in that area which had been causing me headaches. Followed by a lymphatic drainage massage which is lovely and relaxing, some of the benefits are instantly visible, others take a day or so to realise.

I received an amazing 90 min Hot Stone Full Body Massage with a Cold Stone Facial, which really made a difference to the back aches I was experiencing previously, and helped me relax and de-stress. Loved the massage. Dee was welcoming and friendly yet professional.I arrived with mild back ache and left with no pain and felt as if stress had melted away. Room was warm, comfortable and clean and the decor and music added to the feeling of calm. Have already booked next session.

OMG Dee isn't just a lovely person, she's a miracle worker! She found all my crunchy bits and melted them away, I felt so relaxed and my pain has gone. I had the neck, shoulders and back massage and her magic fingertips have eased off all the pain I'd been feeling for weeks. Definitely coming back for more!
