Every single staff at Pinsela Aesthetic were polite, professional and fully trained. Had the HIFU and Super Hydrating Technology Facial. The wonderful staff guided me and explained every step during the process. Not once was I left in the dark. My skin felt and looked wonderful when I left. Can't wait to see the full results in the months ahead. Their prices were so much lower than everywhere else. I will definitely recommend and use this salon. Only wish I lived in Bali so I was able to use them more frequently. Thank You Ladies ... My skin thanks you very much. Keep up the great work !

Just visited Perle Studio to fix my hair color, and I couldn’t be happier with the result! I had a noticeable line of gray regrowth and the rest of my hair had taken on a rusty tone. The stylist nailed the root color perfectly and suggested toning down the lengths to achieve a more natural, glowy look—and she was absolutely right! I have to admit, I was a bit nervous at first, especially after two disappointing experiences at other salons in Bali, but this time I’m very happy with how it turned out. Thank you so much—I’ll definitely be back! 😄

Riky was very nice and the haircut was good. But at the end of it, I felt it was a bit expensive for Bali and considering it only took 30 min. I was quite surprised that your prices are not net. 400,000 rupiah seemed like a fair price, but then it was 483,000 after tax and service. I think in the salon business you should quote your prices as net, including everyting. It's really ridiculous to add an extra "Service Charge" when the whole fee is a service charge...! There's no product.

My experience with Ade at Perle was amazing! I was so relaxed I could have slept the entire time. I had my roots coloured. The hair washing experience with blow dry was amazing. The salon has a great vibe as well which made my very comfortable.

THE best massage I've ever had in my life. Period. I'm not the kind of person who enjoys being slathered in oil and glided around. I'm a grabby, fascia pulling, connective tissue stretching kinda girl. So the shiatsu was perfect for me and Indah is an actual massage Goddess. 90 minutes of absolute bliss. I would seriously consider going to Bali and just copping the plane ticket fee as a 100% worthwhile cost of getting this massage again. 10/10.

Excellent mani & pedi - the attention to detail and quality was outstanding! For approximately $70 AUD I had a FULL spa mani and pedi with gel removal and gel polish and 30 minute massage! The quality was far better than anything we get in Australia for that price. If your looking for a high quality nail salon in Bali, I recommend these guys!

I am a new regular at FLOW since discovering them thanks to a great referral from a friend. I have tried almost every treatment over the last few months and I keep coming back because they are just so good. My hair looks and feels so much healthier after keratin treatments and fantastic cuts from Nicole who has managed to tame my wild, chemically damaged and brittle hair. I now get my nails done every couple of weeks and the massages are incredible. It is honestly the BEST one-stop beauty salon in Bali. Very happy to recommend.

And they have a projecter to entertain - i was lucky i got to watch my fave Harry Potter lol Leony is amazing hairdresser and very friendly, she understood what i wanted just from few words.
