Yet another excellent deep tissue massage. It is amazing how Janka knows all about the bone and muscle structures and can tell which area’s to work on to relieve pain and discomfort

Need to book deep tissue massage more often from Janka as I always feel better afterwards she certainly knows the working of the bones and muscles to relax tired and sore muscles and joints.

Just had a deep tissue massage with Janka and every time it gets better she frees knots and aches that come with getting old . I am booked in for a reflexology treatment just before Christmas and that will allow me to enjoy Christmas with not as much pain and discomfort which I am very grateful for.

Excellent treatment my New Years resolution is to have more reflexology and deep tissue back massages it helps so much with a ageing body
