For the first time in years I feel like I have full movement when moving my head up and down. My calves feel looser too. I would highly recommend having one. I’ve already rebooked. I can’t wait to visit Emma for a Deep tissue massage: she is excellent! As a triathlete I often struggle with muscle stiffness and I always leave Emma’s studio as light as air. She is so good at knowing what I need- and isn’t afraid to go extra firm when I request! But she can also be very relaxing too: best of both worlds!

Nicola is warm and friendly but still professional from the moment she greets you. She is thorough from when you book the appointment asking for a pre health questionnaire to when you leave with some post massage do’s and don’ts. Nicola makes you feel at ease explaining what she is going to do. The massage - I had full body - was wonderful. I walked out feeling much lighter and my muscles were definitely less tense. Do I recommend Nicola - 💯!
