Had a deep tissue massage for 60mins with Nisa yesterday and can honestly say it was one of the best massages I have had.

Nisa was very helpful throughout the deep tissue massage, asked which areas to focus on and even brought up anything I was not aware of that needed extra attention, all while showing great skill and knowledge, resulting in feeling much better afterwards and many of the tight/knotted muscles to be relieved, especially in my neck, back and shoulders. I was also given advice on how to help prevent them tightening up again. Overall I was very happy with the treatment, and would definitely recommend to anyone, I'm sure I'll be back again in the future.

This was my first massage at Montra Massage and Nisa made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, friendly and quickly identified the areas where I was holding the most tension. She recommended a combination of hot stones and cupping to target the deep knots, and the treatment felt tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, and much less tense. I would definitely recommend Nisa and will be returning!

Excellent! Kyla has been amazing, excellent at explaining and advising every step of the way! I have just completed a year of monthly treatments, rotating from microneedling to high frequency skin care to deep cleanse. Wonderful benefits seen so I will begin another course soon. Amazing!! So good and listened to the area I want most the focus on. Really nice room and a warm massage bed to make it even better. The lady who massaged me made me feel at it and was super kind and friendly.

Possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. I’d booked a neck and back with Nikki, but she realised I needed more and as a courtesy used hot stones to help and did a full body treatment, which is what I really needed. She was brilliant at spotting the points where I needed more help and working on them. I was so impressed. Would highly recommend and will definitely start once a month.
