I had a lovely head , shoulder and upper back massage at the Crows nest. Nicola had bought a new massage stool which was so comfy to sit on, relax and enjoy the massage. The massage was amazing and I felt so much better afterwards. I then went for a sauna and swim/movement in the indoor pool. Nicola gave us a stone and incense as first time customers. We will return. My partner had the same massage and he also enjoyed the experience and felt so much better afterwards. I highly recommend Nicola - she is a lovelyperson too. Thank you Crows Nest. xxx

Really look forward to my infrared/red light saunas, and even the cold shower after which I take at my own pace. I recently also had a very relaxing head massage after one of them, which set me up perfectly for a great night sleep. On these dark cold nights, this is the best place to be.

The most outstanding massage ever from Jemma tonight - she is so expertly intuitive and just knows exactly what my mind, body and spirit need. The whole experience was beautifully intense with deep pressure especially round my neck and shoulders. I loved the tender acupressure massage too and I feel totally reset and wonderfully healed. I could have stayed there forever and really didn’t want it to end. I must also add that I drive a two hour round trip to have my massages with Jemma, which is totally worth it. My first experience of a full infrared and red light sauna was better than expected, in that I can be a little restless in normal saunas, but this was an easy, calm and relaxing 30 minutes - even being able to manage slightly longer under the cold water shower was a surprise to me.
