Hands down the best waxing salon in Birmingham— super professional, spotless, and so friendly. Nilima has done all my treatments for my wedding and she’s amazing! I’ll be travelling from Scotland just to keep coming back. Highly recommend!

obsessed with my hair! demi completely fixed the uneven colour and gave me exactly what i asked for. she listened, explained everything clearly and made it look lighter without going dark all over. my hair looks glossy, even and healthy again. so so happy.

I recently booked a haircut, wash, dry, and blow-dry along with a HydraFacial for my wife. She was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Neelam, who was both professional and attentive throughout. The staff were very welcoming and created a pleasant atmosphere from start to finish. Although we travelled from Shrewsbury, it was absolutely worth the drive to Birmingham. Highly recommended for their excellent service and warm hospitality.

I would have given 10 stars if there had been a choice. I have followed Simone around Birmingham. She has NEVER let me down. Just visited brow box. Was travelling for work and meeting was cancelled last minute so decided to book some me time in. Place is super easy to find really near the main station. Had a massage, pedicure and eyelashes was a wonderful experience- lovely attentive staff, excellent service. Very happy with everything thank you!
