Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

I did the Cryotherapy and Oxygen Chamber. Was amazing… felt rejuvenated after the first Cryotherapy and then deeply relaxed and restored from the Oxygen. I could feel a lot more healing was done on the body beyond what I’m even aware of and looking forward to more sessions!

The hot stone massage was amazing. Fern is so good at her technique. It was just what I needed after a really tiring holiday. She managed to use the stones and her hands on massage very well. This was the second time I booked through her. I have tried deep tissue massage as well. Needless to say that was amazing as well. She managed to get all the knots and tension points released with adequate amount of pressure and with a very reassuring method of tapping (this is my personal favourite) which makes the experience even better. I would definitely recommend her.

I went to see Bal on recommendation, due to experiencing some pain and stiffness in my hamstrings, glutes and hips when running. The treatment really helped reduce the pain and increase mobility. I will keep going back as and when needed.

One hour deep massage getting rid of knots in muscle. Although painful first treatment for a while I know it will help, next one more relaxing. Great advice too on recovery.

This is just my third experience with sports massage, and the first two were great, but Valentina went above and beyond! She's really passionate about not only massage but fitness and health in general, and gave me some useful tips for things I can try in my training and self care, and I'm very much looking forward to trying them. Oh, and the massage itself was great too!
