Molly Rae did my makeup for a wedding and absolutely nailed it! I gave her full creative control, and she chose the perfect glam look to match my outfit. The skin match was flawless, the makeup lasted all day and night. Molly is not only super talented but also kind, professional, and she makes you feel at ease. Highly recommend!

First visit to Molly Rae’s for the Million Dollar facial and I loved it. The salon itself is beautiful, very fresh and clean looking whilst also being very welcoming with a nice atmosphere when you walk in. The facial itself felt like the perfect balance of a gentle relaxing facial whilst also a more effective one that had elements to really address your skin issues. Molly herself is wonderful and I couldn’t have wanted a nicer experience for a facial. My skin was glowing when I came out and now, the next day, it feels great allowing my makeup to go on much better too. Definitely 5/5 🌟

Heidi is a hair wizard. I’ve never been so pleased with a service. My hair always comes out glossy and gorgeous and it’s grown so much since I started coming to Heidi! Best part about her is you can tell she actually loves working with hair, she’s just as excited as you are when your hair looks stunning (which it always does if Heidi is doing it). Molly is amazing at what she does, I have gone too her for a couple of years now for my brows, facials, nails and makeup. I can not recommend her enough! She is professional, takes time with your treatment always checking if you’re happy, talking you through the process ect. She also is happy for me too take my daughter if I don’t have childcare which is a massive bonus! Wouldn’t go anywhere else x

I love visiting select. The staff are chilled and friendly. They don't mind who you go with for treatments as long as you're relaxed. They're highly trained & knowledgeable and happy to chat or be quiet if I'm zoned out. The facials and hot oil massages are gorgeous, but don't plan anything afterwards because you'll be so relaxed! They're brow experts. It's not easy finding people you trust who are consistently good. For electrolysis, they're the best in York, I tried 3 other places before finding Joanne. The location is easy to find and has free parking.

Char is THE best at hair extensions in York by a mile. The blend is outrageous, colour match is spot on, she just knows exactly how to make it look so natural. She’s also the best therapist whilst working! The easiest person to talk to, goes above & beyond to accommodate you with every appointment. Just always a pleasure. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. And neither should you..
