This was the best massage I’ve had in Cape Town. Stephanie is the definition of calm, welcoming and relaxing, and she gave a phenomenal massage. She identified areas my muscles were holding tension and methodically worked out the knots and tension, without skipping other areas just because she spend extra time working my back and shoulders for example. I will be recommending a massage at the Banksia to everyone I know and definitely plan to go back asap!!

I enjoyed the massage, Gadija was lovely and gentle but hard enough when needed to be, and it was very relaxing. I was just not impressed by someone outside the room was having a loud chat for almost the duration of the massage.

I drifted away and even drooled. Cair's attention and rhythm of her massage sent me into a dreamy bliss of relaxation. Bed was warm and comfortable and I loved the hot clothes compress after the massage. Stepping off onto the cold tiles was just a bit of a shock. Nevertheless, will definitely recommend Soothe!!
